Disable/hide "Validate" and "Extract metadata" options on the "Data files" tab if no file type supports it

Description
On the "Data files" tab in the edit dialog of raw bioassays and array designs there are two checkboxes for "Validate" and "Extract metadata". At first they are unchecked, but if a user selects a file both become checked. The annoying thing is that this happens even if the file type in question has no support for either validating or metadata extraction. The automatic checking should not happen in this case. I also think that if there are no selectable file types that supports validation or metadata extraction the options should not be visible.
