Description
This is an issue that has been annoying me for some time. It seems to only be an issue with Firefox on windows. I attach a screen shot showing the problem.

(In [5189]) Fixes #1433: Fix display issues with 'multioptions' filter
Replaces <span> with a good old <table> instead. This makes the border to line up correctly.
