Add option in edit dialog to add new items as project default items

Description
The option could for example be a simple checkbox located near the "Save" button. The option should only be visible when creating new items and a project is active (selected by default?). The option should be present in the edit dialogs for software, hardware, protocols and array designs.
This affects the instructions for 'roles' test program. The section about selecting project default items can be reduced and moved to the 'Create project' section.
