Moved from http://base2.thep.lu.se/base/ to http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/files/base/
Searching for base2.thep.lu.se in the BASE repository yield 14 hits. Some in the documentation and some in the code.

Test code that used the base2.thep.lu.se server now uses the base.onk.lu.se server instead.
Documentation for a BASE demo server updated to not that the demo server is currently down.
