An annotation file will not be created but the annotation information will be included into the MeV file created and MeV will automagically understand what is annotations and not. Experimental factors and reporter annotation are exported with the expression levels.

(In [2956]) Addresses #430. Most things fixed for export but experimental factors wont come out. Also fixed other minor issues.

(In [2964]) Fixes #430. Finalized export ... fixed experimental factor output. Requesting proper permissions.
