Allow spot image generator to use any layer in multi-image TIFF file

Description
The current implementation always uses them in the order they appear. In the case of Genepix 6 the images in the first layers are preview images and the spot image creation will fail.

I think for this problem to solved in a proper manner we must change the web interface as well which is a bit hard to use as it is now.
First, it would be nice if some of the offsets/scales, etc. could be extracted from the header information.
Second, the user must be able to select from which file and which layer the images should come from for each of the red-blue-green parts. To make it easier a list of presets with image types from the common scanning platforms could be used. The hard thing is to find what should be included in this list and what the image formats are.
Third, we need more images to test with.
