The documentation is transferred but some links on the Wiki pages need to be updated. This cannot be done until the release and the updated documentation is available at the BASE home page.

(In [4446]) Addresses #725. Sample configs moved, restored them to the base wiki and pointing links to the wiki.

(In [4450]) References #725: The test documentation is not historical. The 'roles' test is used at every release and the 'performance' test is useful in case we need to do more performance tests in the future.
