Extend "Experiment overview" to check for problems related to platform and data files

Depends on #721 and #788.

The experiment overview should check:

• If the project default platform/variant has been used or not
• Check that the platform match for array design and raw bioassay
• Check that data files that are marked as "required" has been selected
• Check that the actual file contents is available on disk (ie. it is not offline)
• Check that the selected data files have been validated
