6Experiment name (i.e. name in the tab2mage file) , submitter and email are mandatory and must be provided.

11accession, text, type, name, parameters headers must all be provided.
12For  every protocol with an accession number e.g P-TOXM-3, the protocol type, protocol name must be provided else the tab2mage spreadsheet is not valid.
13If parameters are used in the Hybridization section, they must be specified here otherwise, the loading will fail.

20Hybridization, Labeled Extract, Dye, Extract, Sample, Biosource, Array[accession] must be provided.
21At least one BioMaterial Characteristics should be provided
22At least one Experimental Factor should be provided
23Protocol headers e.g. Protocol[Hybridization] must be amongst the known ones allowed in the Tab2Mage Specification (http://tab2mage.sourceforge.net/.)
24If the experimnent involves pooling, protocol[pool] header must be specified in the Hybridization section and the Protocol section

28The raw data file specified in the File[raw] column must be provided in the zip file to be loaded.
29If an image file is provided it must be provided in the zip file to be loaded.
30Array Design specified in the  Array[accession] column must exist in BASE2  and owned /or shared to the user running the tab2mage importer.
