References #162: Upgrade to MeV 4.

This seems to work now. I'll keep this ticket open until release since the text on the wiki page also needs to be updated.

    88opens TIGR MultiExperiment Viewer (MEV) as a Java webstart application and
    99automatically imports data from the currently selected bioassay set. This
    10 extension builds on a modified version of MEV 4.0.01 that allows MEV to be
    11 started as a Java web start application. For more information:
     10extension uses the standard MEV 4.3.02 distribution that has been
     11Java Webstart enabled. For more information:

    3129== Known issues ==
    33  * It is not possible to add more data to MeV. If you try 'File -> Load data'
    34    in MEV the same bioassay set will be loaded a second time.
    3633== Compiling ==
    4845 2. Type `ant download-lib` to automatically download the BASE core JAR file that
    4946    are neeed for compilation. You can also do this manually by copying the
    50     BASE2Core.jar, BASE2Webclient.jar, BASE2CorePlugins.jar and BASE2WsClient.jar
     47    BASE2Core.jar, BASE2Webclient.jar, BASE2CorePlugins.jar and BASE2WSClient.jar
    5148    from the BASE installation directory (<basedir>/www/WEB-INF/lib/) to the
    5249    ./lib/compile directory.
    6057the 'build.xml' file, create a file named 'build.properties' and set
    6158the values there.
     60Note! If upgrading MeV to a new version, the new JAR files needs to
     61be signed. See `./jarsign/readme.txt` for more information.
     64== Contributions ==
     66 * David Waring, for helping out with MeV 4.3 integration.
