Description

The BioAssaySetExporter is going through refactoring as described by ​http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/742

As part of this the support for TDMS export will be dropped from the core. The functionality needs to be moved into this package.

The new exporter is in place with some test code. Still needs a plug-in interface for this. Updated requirements to BASE 2.12.
