Add modification location and delta score to Mascot import

The modified site and the difference in score compared to that of the next best hit should be added to the Mascot import. This could be added to the end of the peptide sequence in the hits table.

(In [3860]) Refs #705. Retrieving raw query match results when retrieving mascot results. Adding modification location string to sequence when importing hits. Adding deltascore when possible to modified peptides.
