Description

The Mascot submission and results retrieval need to be updated to handle Mascot 2.4 servers. This includes support to handle redirects. (Refs #763, #534, #456)

(In [4507]) Fixes #813. Updated mascot results retrieval to use new version of http client. Changed results retrieval to avoid retrieving results twice. Updated apache http client jars. Updated mascot xml results schema Updated mascot search plugin so that import is using function in results retrieval plug-in. Removed StreamGobbler? code since it was not used.
