svndigest 0.11.x series from
Version 0.11 (released NOT YET)
- libsvn version 1.9 (or later) is now required
- svncopyright now works on characters rather than lines (ticket #518)
- A work-around for a bug in earlier versions of plplot is removed (ticket #472) with the side effect that plplot v5.10.0 or later is now required.

Version 0.7.1 (released 3 December 2009)
- File name in parsing rules are matched against the file name and not the entire path. This has no influence on most files because the name starts with a wild card (*) but for files not doing so (default bootstrap and Makefile) the correct parsing rule will be used. It is recommended to remove the cache of such files before running svndigest (ticket:417).
- copyright update works on mixed revision wc (ticket:415)
