SQL magic won't do since we use Berkeley DB as a database backend. The solution is to move to FSFS backend and then search and replace wwwrun in proper files. Remember to change string length in these files.

Both subversion repository and trac needed to be changed. Subversion repo was converted into fsfs, the .../db/revprops/86 was trivially changed with a text editor. Trac database was needed to be changed though SQL statements.
