aclocal warning message on find_apr.m4

Issueing aclocal (version 1.10) gives a warning message 

/build_support/find_apr.m4:40: warning: underquoted definition of APR_FIND_APR
./build_support/find_apr.m4:40:   run info '(automake)Extending aclocal'
./build_support/find_apr.m4:40:   or see http://sources.redhat.com/automake/automake.html#Extending-aclocal

Everything still works and the warning only appears for developers that issue bootstrap, i.e., it will not appear for an installer building from a release dist.
