Description
just like on the first page it would nice to have the percentage displayed after each number of lines.
For example here
http://www.thep.lu.se/~jari/svndigest/svndigest/jari/total/index.html
we should output
bin 248 (47%)
rather than only
bin 248.
This does not make sense when viewing 'all'.
