Description

When running svncopyright on a non-wc directory I get: 

./bin/svncopyright 
svncopyright: '/home/peter/projects/pristine/svndigest-stable/build' is not a working copy'/home/peter/projects/pristine/svndigest-stable/build' is not a working copy

The error message should not be repeated.
