Workaround to avoid problem that make gets broken when removing or
renaming, for example, a m4 file. Perhaps we should add this in all
Makefiles, but for now I only fixed it in the top directory. That
should solve the most common cases, and I don't feel like maintaining
that addition in all Makefile.ams, especially not as this line will be
included in all Makefiles generated by Automake 1.11 or later.
