fixed problem in bootstrap. My libtoolize was called on glibtoolize
(macport 1.7), which did not work with previous 'hack'. Instead I use
an env var LIBTOOLIZE_OPTIONS that is honored by libtoolize 2 and
ignored by libtoolize 1.

  • Property svn:eol-style set to native

  • Property svn:keywords set to Author Date Id Revision
