Generated documentation should end up in another directory

Description
Currently a .../doc/html-version is created for the doxygen documentation. I would like to have the docs to end up in .../doc/html without the version. The version is redundant since you have to checkout a specific branch from the repo anyway.
The reason for anonymising the directory is that maintaining the wiki will become easier.
