I would like to have that make html produces html documentation, make pdf produces all PDFs, make dvi produces dvi etc
It is possible to set html-local in Makefile.am. Also it should possible to tell Doxygen through commandline to produce only html, or only pdf etc

It seems like only way to tell Doxygen which output to generate is through the config file. Hence to solve this ticket, we will need several config files. One for generating html only, one for latex stuff only etc. Of course every special config file can be generated from config.in.
