make Histogram output complete - allow construction of an object from the output

Description
It is good practice to make the output of an Class to be complete in the sense that the output contains sufficient information to construct an identical instance of the class.
This is not true for the Histogram class. The output misses information about the two Averagers.
Should we implement an istream operatoror?
