bam and z should be mentioned in Libs.private, which is only used with -static and therefore of lowest priority to fix

Also $LIBS is not mentioned in LIBS field. If user has added some $LIBS during configure they should be reflected in yat.pc

(In [2954]) fixes #733 and #736. Do not link -lbam into libyat.la, but do mention it in yat-config and yat.pc. Also mention -lz in yat.pc (#736)
