Description
The Aligner(4) constructor takes argument named vertical_gap. It is not obvious (I have to twist my mind) whether a vertical gap means a deletion if first string or second string and it would be helpful to just mention that in docs, so one doesn't have to twist the brain inside-out every time using the class.
