Welcome to the theplu yat development site

This is the development site for the yat class library developed by a few employees at the Department of Theoretical Physics, Lund University, Sweden.

Package highlights:

  • Gnu Scientific Library, GSL connectivity - The internal implementation of the package is designed to use GSL.
  • Support Vector Machinery available.
  • Statistics classes.
  • Random number generation.

We have trac usages guidelines for new developers and other users who need to understand how we use trac.


  • Doxygen generated documentation: 0.3 (latest stable release) and the trunk (bleeding edge) versions are generated nightly.
  • Weighted Statistics html pdf. Underlying theory and motivations.
  • There is a page about CodingStyle? used in the yat project.


The latest release is 0.3. Download yat-0.3.tar.gz.

If you want to live on bleeding edge software, download the latest (maybe unstable) version through

svn checkout yat
